It isn't his life I fear for.

What I fear for is his soul and his heart and mind. And that... he's forgotten all of this. Everything that he did, all his triumphs, me...they're all gone from him now. He's been sent back to that awful life with that awful man who has the power to break him and without even the memories of his time here to aide and comfort him.

That's what keeps me awake at night.
